How it works for you
- Non-exclusive. Find your own deals and work with other agents. We earn nothing on deals you find yourself.
- You approve everything. Nothing is agreed in your name without your written OK. You can turn down any brand, for any reason.
- Your minimum stands. Tell us your minimum fee for each format you offer. We won’t accept less without asking you first.
- Paid when the brand pays. We invoice the brand. Within 5 working days of their payment clearing, you get 80%, with a statement showing the split.
- Labelled as ads. Every sponsored post is clearly labelled as an ad from the start, with the platform’s paid-promotion label turned on where it has one.
- Your content. You keep creative control within the brief, and you own what you make.

- Why sign with 313 Talent?
- We only work in tech, so we pitch you to brands that already sponsor content like yours. We negotiate the deal and handle the invoicing, you approve everything, and we only get paid when you do.
- What does it cost?
- Nothing upfront. We take 20% of the gross fee on deals we bring, and nothing at all if we don’t bring you a deal.
- Which brands will you pitch me to?
- Brands that already sponsor creators like you. Within two weeks of signing, we send you the list we’re pitching you to.
- What if a brand offers less than my rate?
- You approve every deal. We won’t accept less than your minimum without asking you first, and you can always say no.
- Do I have to sign anything?
- Yes, a non-exclusive agreement. Either of us can end it with 30 days’ notice by email. Our 20% still applies to deals agreed before then, and to deals with brands we introduced you to, if agreed within 12 months of the introduction.
- Who owns the content?
- You do. You make the content and keep creative control within the brief. A brand gets only the rights written into its deal.

- We’re building our roster of tech creators now. Ask us, and we’ll tell you honestly whether we have a fit.
- What does a sponsorship include?
- Whatever suits the creator and the platform, such as a segment in a video, a dedicated video or a post. The deliverables, publish date and price are set out in a deal confirmation before anything is made.
- Do we see the script first?
- Yes. The creator sends a script or talking points, and you get one round of changes. The creator speaks in their own words.
